Title: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution
The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 8/9/2021 the suspicious occurrence of the crime stipulated in Item No. (1) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments. This is due to the defendant’s (Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Company listed in the Exchange) failure to enable CMA’s on-site inspection team to access data and information that it deems important to access, in a way that has obstructed the CMA and its employees’ supervisory tasks.
