Title: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Market Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Market Prosecution on 17/10/2021 the suspicious occurrence of the crime stipulated in Items No. (1, 3) of Article (127) of Law No. 7 of 2010 and its amendments. The defendants who are the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the CEO of a company (previously listed) has obstructed CMA’s supervisory work by not providing the CMA with the required data and information, and provided false and misleading information.
