Title: Capital Markets Authority Announces Reporting Suspected Crime to the Capital Markets Prosecution

The Capital Markets Authority announces reporting to the Capital Markets Prosecution on 10/04/2019 suspected occurrence of the crime provided for in Articles (63),(93), and (125) of Law No. (7) of 2010 and its amendments, the defendant violated the following:
- Practicing the activity of a Representative of a Securities Broker not registered with an Exchange without obtaining a license from the Authority which is false and misleading.
2- Marketing and promoting the purchase of securities without obtaining the needed approvals from the Authority.
