Announcement Regarding Expiration of Practicing Securities Activities License of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Company

The Capital Markets Authority announces the expiration of the Securities Activities License of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services Company for practicing the following activities:
1. Investment Advisor.
2. Asset Valuation.
from the license expiration date on 17/10/2024.
The expiration of the Company’s license shall not restrict the Company from fulfilling all the legal obligations pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2010 Regarding the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and Regulating Securities Activities and its Executive Bylaws, and their amendments.
